Coaching isn't just "work" for me. It truly means something to me and I love it. Being in the moment with someone trying to change their life is a true luxury. This experience is something so amazing that it can give you a sense of empowerment with the individual. It makes you a key factor in someone's life! That is why my commitment to YOU is to not just to help you get in the best shape of your life but to help you understand how to maintain it, understand more about health and fitness than before, and have left you with realistic ways to go beyond to your best in your life. Even if I personally am not able to physically or with the knowledge I possess, help you in all areas, you can depend on me to get you the information you need from reliable sources. While always keeping every aspect of your personal journey 100% customized to YOU and providing the best possible customer service I can possibly offer. #1. Provide knowledgeable responses to every client in an adequate length of time.
#1. Search for answers I can not personally provide from reliable sources, instead of beating around the bush. Along with this, I will not "sugar-coat" things for you. Things will be difficult, sometimes.
#1. Strive to see the changes in your physique, beliefs, self-esteem, and your life!

#1. Work closely with those who are qualified when things are out of my scope of practice. Speaking with a doctor, a nutritionist etc. is something I have done for clients and will absolutely do if it bears greater results!
#1. Maintain an educational, professional, fun, and safe environment for all my clients.
#1. Always continue my education —to better uphold the standard for being a personal trainer, provide you with personal and flexible training experiences, better understand the old, and learn the new topics related to my field.
