B U I L D is a 21 Week, 6 Day Hypertrophy Training Program for beginner-to-intermediate lifters. A Push, Pull, Lower Split with 1 rest day in between. You will need to know your 1 rep max for some lifts to operate this program but, we take care of all that during week 1! Also, in addition to knowing your 1RM, you will need to know what "RPE" is --we also take care of all that for you, too!

 

Using this and focusing on hard, recorded training, the goals of this program are to:
